Founded in 2008, Sher Vancouver is western Canada's only South Asian Queer Charity and Non-Profit. Sher Vancouver provides services and programming aimed towards, but not limited to, South Asian Queer individuals, allies, and families. Sher Vancouver's services include: peer support groups, free/low counselling, outreach events in community, referrals to partner organizations, and much more. Sher Vancouver hosts various booths at pride events, talks and discussions at local schools, and provides remote support to the community through the valued and responsive team all over Metro Vancouver.
